Youll rotate through key departments like Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Various Sales Positions, and moregetting a full 360 view of the business. Along the way, youll gain real-world experience, learn directly from seasoned pros, and develop the tools you need to succeed as a future Sales Associate at 3E./ppWe have current opportunities in the following markets: Columbus, NE, Omaha, NE and Sioux City, IA./ppReports to: Location or Division Manager/ppMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliBachelors Degree/liliCurrent, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record/liliAuthorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliStrong negotiation skills/liliStrong attention to detail and time management/liliAbility to solve complex problems/liliOutstanding communication skills/liliDesire for a career that makes a difference in the world/liliThrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry/li/ulpWorking Conditions: Conditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
