Technical Savvy: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), Canva, and email marketing platforms like Benchmark. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Engineering, or Planning). Versatility: The ability to move between a fast‑paced office environment and occasional site visits to support time‑sensitive outreach. WHAT YOU'LL DO Translate & Disseminate: Turn complex technical construction schedules into clear, accessible FAQs, fact sheets, and public notices. Collaborate: Partner with Project Managers and Operations teams (Terminal, Airfield, and Public Safety) to align logistics and minimize public impact. Manage Outreach: Track public inquiries and complaints, escalating sensitive matters and maintaining stakeholder trust.
