HR Specialist (On-Site) – Coral Springs, FL. We are supporting a fast-growing organization in a regulated industry seeking a hands-on HR Specialist to join a high-energy HR team during an important growth phase. This role is 100% on-site and execution-focused. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and can support day-to-day HR operations without needing constant structure or supervision. Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations including employee inquiries, documentation, and compliance Assist with recruiting coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding Manage onboarding, I-9s, background checks, and employee records Support employee relations activities and HR process execution Maintain accurate data in the HRIS and support audits as needed Partner closely with the HR team to keep up with a growing workload Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on HR experience (HR Specialist / Generalist / Coordinator) Experience in fast-paced, operational environments (manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, logistics, hospitality, staffing, etc.) Comfortable with high workload and changing priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Able to work on-site, full-time in Coral Springs, FL Important to Know
