HR Specialist
to provide hands-on HR support for two recently acquired, non-union manufacturing sites. This is a foundational role focused on establishing HR fundamentals, supporting employees and managers day-to-day, and helping integrate systems and processes into a global organization. The role offers meaningful exposure and long-term growth potential. Responsibilities
Provide on-site HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration Maintain HR systems, documentation, and people data with strong attention to detail Support recruiting coordination, payroll alignment, and HR integration projects Build trusted relationships with employees in small, close-knit site environments Qualifications
2-3 years of early-career HR Generalist or HR Specialist with solid fundamentals preferably in a manufacturing environment Highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch Tech-savvy with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and documentation Curious, proactive, and interested in long-term HR career growth
