Job Summary: We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers’ and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. Our Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction. Our Senior Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between $22.25-$23.25/hour, plus uncapped commission. On average most employees work 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.

What You Do In This Role

Brand Ambassador – Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests. Reflect our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer by bringing your authentic self to work each day. Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Be an active listener, solution-finder, and conversation initiator. Product and Services Expert – Receive world-class training and translate technology into real-world conversations. Explain concepts clearly and stay informed through meetings and training to take the best care of guests. Obstacle Remover – Act as a decision-maker to help customers get what they need and ensure the team has the tools and resources required. In escalations or tech troubles, apply knowledge and solution-focused delivery to delight the customer.

What You Need To Win In This Role

Education and Skills:

High school diploma, or equivalent experience, is required. At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience in an environment with customer conversations about wants and needs. At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry. Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions. Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Schedule and Attendance:

Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours typically run 9 am to 6 pm. We support work-life balance with predictable hours.

Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items, including standing 6-8 hours. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise. Light cleaning tasks to keep the store guest-ready (dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying trash, etc.).

Pay & Benefits

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $52,500 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
