Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role with a track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, initiative‑driven with consistent delivery of results.
Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customers’ needs and solving problems.
Effective sales process skills: planning, persuasive presentations, objection handling, negotiation, value demonstration, and closing deals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
