Quick Tie Products, Inc. (“QuickTie”) is a quickly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials products industry. We manufacture and distribute a proprietary hold-down system for wood frame and masonry construction, as well as other related framing products. We sell and service both Single-Family builders and Multi-Family general contractors and framers.
Summary
This position is responsible for the coordination of Multi-Family projects. This role will work closely with management, sales personnel, customers, estimators, engineers, designers, production and accounting personnel. Primary Responsibilities
Own and manage the post-sale relationship between QuickTie and its multi-family customers on a job-by-job basis Communicate and coordinate with customers. For example: Sending introductory emails to customers. Responding to emails from customers and resolving issues expeditiously. Helping accounting maintain current A/R. Communicating tracking information on shipments. Keeping customer informed of ship dates. Create and maintain accurate records. Assisting team members hit their due dates. Participate in meetings to coordinate with design, purchasing, and estimating to move projects forward and set priorities for shipments. Prepare vendor purchase orders and quotes as necessary. Assist with contractual requirements such as change orders, insurance verification, lien releases and notices to owners/contractors. Bookkeeping and general related projects such as filing, as necessary. Skills required
Organization, energy, tenacity and attention to detail. Proficiency in Office, with particular emphasis on Excel. Possess good interpersonal skills. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Education/Experience
ERP or Project Management software required. Construction Industry and / or project management experience preferred. Pay Rate
$50,000 - $60,000 + incentive compensation. A pre-employment drug screen and/or background check is required. QuickTie is an EEO Employer.
