We're looking for an Assistant Marketing & Advertising Manager to help execute a bold, customer?first marketing strategy for a certified used vehicle program. This role supports day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across retail, CRM, and consumer website channels while collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies. Key Responsibilities

Champion bold ideas while thinking from the customer's perspective Maintain a positive, innovative mindset and challenge conventional approaches Manage daily execution across retail, CRM, and consumer website channels Coordinate website activities in partnership with Digital Operations Collaborate with multiple external agencies on aligned marketing channels Work with creative teams to develop and produce marketing materials, including routing for approvals Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to ensure process alignment and resource utilization Develop expertise in the used vehicle market, including consumer behavior, product, and competitive trends Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance used-vehicle marketing initiatives Support development and implementation of an integrated dealer retail strategy Collaborate with team members to drive broader marketing and advertising goals Track media and production budgets with precision and attention to detail Qualifications

5+ years in consumer marketing or advertising Strong project management and communication skills Ability to interpret marketing metrics and prioritize effectively Agency or automotive experience is a plus Benefits: 80 hours paid time off, paid holidays, medical insurance contributions, dental vision and our 401k retirement savings plan
