Summary of Position

Subaru of Georgetown Sales and Leasing Consultants will learn and master auto sales within a value creation sales experience, focused on customers needs while also learning and mastering Subaru product knowledge. Consultant will then guide customers through the purchase experience in a customer advocating environment. Responsibilities

Identify customers' needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle; conduct product presentations; perform demonstrator drives; guide customers to purchase; overcome obstacles and objections. Maintain continual improvement in vehicle and process knowledge and educate customers on products and processes. Assist customers at initial contact, consistently follow up, and assist after purchase. Track customers through meticulous input of information into database; follow up by phone, email, and document all communications. Learn and understand vehicle financing and present financing options to customers. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all paperwork; create purchase agreements, appraisal information, credit applications, and other documentation. Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal reporting guidelines. Employee Requirements / Qualifications

Prior Automotive Sales Experience Is Required. Skills/Aptitudes: strong verbal and written communication, active listening, ability to take instruction and follow direction, punctuality, strong customer focus and a growth mindset. Miscellaneous: must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus. The Sales Department hours range from 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Two days off per week, Sunday and one weekday. Compensation
