Key Responsibilities

Results Optimisation: Review data, identify trends, and refine approaches to improve performance outcomes
Professional Interviews: Conduct structured phone interviews and follow-ups with aligned candidates
Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training to strengthen skills and stay current with industry trends
What We’re Looking For
