Investor Relations/Performance Reporting
Job Description: Our client, a prestigious private equity firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Investor Relations/Performance Reporting professional to assist their rapidly growing team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting all operations accounting, liaising with clients, managing financial statements, and maintaining performance reports. This is a rare opportunity to work with senior management of a top PE firm and grow within the team. Job Responsibilities: Manage investor request processes, including maintaining an internal tracker, coordinating responses with the internal team and third-party administrator, gathering support for reviews and approvals, and responding to investors. Perform external verification of change requests for wire instructions and contact updates. Supervise third-party administrator regarding contact changes to the CRM system, including tracking and reviewing completed changes. Assist in uploading investment activity into the performance management system. Liaise with bank counterparties to open/close accounts, compile and provide KYC documentation, and obtain necessary approvals. Coordinate permissioning and access to new bank accounts with the third-party administrator and internal team. Support quarterly reporting, including reviewing investment team deliverables and incorporating feedback. Update and maintain weekly performance reports, including public prices, foreign exchange rates, forward hedge mark-to-market values, investment activity, and cash balances. Assist with aggregating portfolio company metrics for quarterly investor reports. Job Requirements: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize for timely deliverables in a changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and investors.
