Position Overview
We are hiring a GoHighLevel and marketing automation specialist to take full ownership of our funnel infrastructure and automation ecosystem. This is a builder-first role with a clear path toward GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-converting GoHighLevel funnels
- Create robust automation workflows including email and SMS sequences
- Implement tracking systems, dashboards, and CRM pipeline flows
- Manage integrations with Stripe, Facebook Ads, Google, and Clay
- Set up and maintain affiliate and partner onboarding systems
- Collaborate with CEO on growth strategy and campaign execution
- Monitor funnel and automation performance; conduct A/B testing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Proficient in workflow building, tagging, triggers, and segmentation
- Strong technical knowledge of email/SMS automation systems
- Experience integrating with platforms like Stripe, Facebook Ads, and Google Workspace
- Organized, proactive, and excellent written communication skills
- Bonus: experience with Clay automation, webhooks, and SaaS/recruiting industries
