We are seeking a
part-time Leasing Consultant / Property Administrator
with
affordable housing (LIHTC)
experience for a tax credit apartment community in Camarillo. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who can balance leasing, resident service, and compliance support.
Job Duties
Lease apartments, conduct tours, and respond to prospects and residents
Process applications and prepare leases, move-ins, and move-outs
Handle
LIHTC certifications and recertifications
, verifications, and file compliance
Maintain accurate, audit-ready resident files
Enter data into property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
Assist with rent processing, reporting, and general office administration
Qualifications
Affordable housing / LIHTC experience required
Knowledge of Fair Housing and tax credit compliance
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work
1:00 PM-5:00 PM
