Overview
Our client is a top Real Estate Management firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Director of Tenant Relations to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Direct a team of property managers
- Oversee lease agreements for retail properties
- Review tenant correspondence and prepare documentation
- Manage Yardi modules and ensure all information is accurate
- Assist with annual inspections
- Establish rapport with all stakeholders and tenants
- Heavy project and agreement management components
- Salary Range: $100-125k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business, or similar majors preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate
- Yardi experience highly preferred
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Adept at managing multiple high-priority projects
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
