Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
4+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with heavy focus on recruiting.
Experience in financial or professional services environments.
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Compensation Base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
