What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must live within 90 miles of an ID location

High School diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

Experience in problem-solving and assisting customers with their needs

Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with various computer software and the ability to navigate multiple systems

Previous customer service experience, particularly in a financial services setting

Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a language assessment for additional pay
