Must reside within 90 miles of a UT location
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and educating on products/services
Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with various computer software and ability to navigate multiple systems
Experience in a call center or similar customer service environment
Continuous learner with a desire to contribute positively to the work culture
