This role will be Hybrid in New York City, the hiring team may also consider remote for outstanding candidates.
Our client is a fast-growing AI commerce technology company transforming how retailers connect shoppers with products online.
They are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how their product is understood, positioned, and adopted in the market. This role will own the product marketing function end to end and will play a central role in driving awareness, demand, and revenue impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be the voice of the product internally and externally, responsible for translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with buyers and empower revenue teams.
Success in this role requires strong cross functional partnership, exceptional attention to quality, and a builder mindset. You are comfortable creating structure where little exists, owning programs from idea through launch, and holding yourself accountable to measurable business outcomes.
Market Understanding and Competitive Insight
Become the internal authority on their customers, including their goals, challenges, buying process, and decision drivers Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive environment, including positioning, messaging, product direction, and emerging players Inform the product marketing roadmap based on buyer needs, sales feedback, and market signals Positioning, Messaging, and Enablement
Build and evolve the core product narrative, clearly articulating value, differentiation, and urgency Produce high impact product and sales assets such as case studies, pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive guides, demo scripts, and training materials Go to Market Strategy and Product Launch
Lead product and feature launches from planning through execution, including internal readiness and external activation Develop go to market plans that support new customer growth, retention, and expansion initiatives Enable sales and partner teams through training, playbooks, and ongoing product education The MUST HAVE's
5 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing A body of work that demonstrates strong storytelling, positioning, and communication skills Evidence of driving measurable impact through product marketing programs, launches, and enablement Hands on experience across the full product marketing spectrum, including positioning, messaging, launches, research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement Ability to craft differentiated narratives that clearly communicate unique value in competitive markets Highly self directed, organized, and accountable working style Comfort collaborating closely with product, sales, and executive teams Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools within the Google ecosystem
