Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Showroom Sales Specialist located in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting natural stone products, provide expert guidance on product options, maintain the showroom’s professional appearance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, managing inventory, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Experience working in showrooms and knowledge of maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills to assist clients and address their needs effectively.
Proven sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Background or interest in interior design to provide tailored recommendations to customers.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency with basic computer programs and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in related fields is a plus.
