Pay Details
Starting base salary $45 k.
Average earnings $55‑k k to $75 k k – base + commission.
Top performers can earn $85 k+.
Training & Schedule
16‑week program for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
Includes licensing, medical benefits, and equipment.
Remote work – home office with dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download.
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. (CST) minimum 12 months.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult for coverage fit.
Convert leads into policyholders while maintaining brand integrity.
Adapt to remote or office settings, respect scheduling and workplace standards.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
Proficient typing and PC skills.
Property & Casualty license – training provided if not available.
Location This position is open to candidates residing in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana.
