Responsibilities
Support retail sales planning and forecasting across key retail accounts, ensuring alignment with overall company growth objectives Develop and maintain data-driven sales plans to drive revenue growth and improve inventory efficiency Partner cross-functionally with Retail Account Directors, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution Manage forecasting accuracy, budget planning, and retailer performance metrics to optimize sales outcomes Ensure new product development timelines align with retailer launch dates and operational capabilities Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks Monitor sell-through, inventory health, and promotional effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations Build and maintain retail performance dashboards to track KPIs and support leadership decision-making Act as a key point of contact between retail partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment Influence inventory planning decisions to mitigate risks related to out-of-stocks or excess inventory Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail sales planning, demand forecasting, or sales strategy, preferably within beauty, CPG, or retail Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and data/analytics platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Remote, must be based in the Tri-State Area
