Provides strategic advice to enhance marketing efforts Marketing plan guidance that aligns to objectives and budget Advise on branding, positioning, communications, business Provide direction for marketing efforts using effective methods and tools; advocate improvements Collaborate and advise internal and external partners; lead teams Monitor results and projects to use for best practices and improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate, partner, and consult with Area Sales and Marketing leaders in Pro Channel to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing solutions/plans to grow business with top volume customers.

Sales solutions/plans include digital marketing, digital experiences, voice of customer, sales and promotion support, content development.

Advise business leaders on strategy and direction.

Lead strategy development and execution of marketing programs leveraging VOC (voice of customer), and market insights to deliver optimal customer experiences for top volume customers to drive business results.

Develop and execute annual marketing plans and DDF budgets to maximize sales, drive traffic, enhance the brand and elevate customer experiences.

Partner with Revenue Operations and Creative Services on rollout of sales program.

Lead planning and execution of market specific promotions, advertising, merchandising, digital marketing strategy, marcomm, product portfolio support, dealer communications.

Manage area showroom and display program across region to create synergies and common processes.

Provide program recaps to evaluate success of area campaigns, marketing initiatives, and efficiency of DDF spending. Work with sales & marketing to document and share best practices, create case studies, and white paper.

Advise and collaborate with customer marketing and business development leaders to refine programs to align with Pro channel strategy and objectives (as applicable)

Lead and execute channel business needs and project assignments.

Individual Contributor/Subject Matter Expert that may lead 1-2 direct reports.

Responsible for influencing marketing solutions for Areas Sales Managers, Dealer Account Managers.

Work predominantly cross-functionally to guide the process and ensure an exceptional experience.

Minimum Qualification:

Four-year degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience (masters preferred)

Minimum 8 years’ experience as a marketing professional

In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices

Strategic and analytical thinking abilities

Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skill

Outstanding organizational abilities

Problem-solving leader

Customer first mindset
