Provide timely and effective sales support to acquire or retain Specialty Pharmacy customers Build and maintain relationships with medical staff at physician offices to increase market share Monitor prescriptions in process to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients Resolve inquiries from physician offices regarding patient copay assistance, prescription processing, and prior authorizations Participate in sales initiatives to enhance prescription pull-through and utilization of services What is Required
Certified Pharmacy Technician, certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT 1 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Must demonstrate a passion for improving consumer experiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
