Position details and responsibilities for the communications role within WCHS, including brand management, social media, and written communications across electronic health record platforms. Responsibilities
Lead organic and paid social media efforts to grow engagement and support campaigns and strategic goals. Identify needs and recommend opportunities to create simple, accurate, and impactful messaging. Collaborate with and activate team members to execute strategic website, campaigns, public relations, and digital efforts. Act as the secondary support to the Communications Manager with executive and organizational planning, reporting, and crisis communication efforts. Develop, manage, and execute communications plans across all electronic health record platforms to reach audiences within budget and aligned with strategic goals. Analyze performance data of all efforts to provide insights and recommendations to guide strategy and communication for the organization. Support the team and graphic designer in leading brand management efforts, creating graphics and videos to advance the consistent perception of WCHS to internal and external audiences. Act as brand liaison to ensure consistent brand voice, vision, and aesthetics; develop and promote branding initiatives aligned with mission, vision, and values; manage brand standards internally and externally. Work with a team to develop and maintain website and social media strategies and to drive engagement and traffic from all social channels. Collaborate on driving traffic to, supporting, and covering all organizational events. Assist with team, departmental, and organizational strategies as needed. Required Qualifications / Skills
Physical Requirements
Normal to light office work with the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Regularly required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods; use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, and office equipment. Regularly required to talk and hear during daily duties. Cognitive Requirements
Reasoning and analytic skills Works with minimal supervision Language Requirements
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in a professional manner. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
