Hourly Rate: $15.92 /hour

Description The student videographer will work within the Office of Communications, Marketing, and Brand Management on various department initiatives to advance the TCNJ brand.

Responsibilities

Film on-campus events and marketing footage, as well as other pre-production tasks.

Edit original video content to support news stories, social media posts, and marketing initiatives.

Assist on set with audio, lighting, and pre-shoot logistics.

Create basic to intermediate level motion graphics for use in select projects.

Manage the use and care of all equipment for departmental use.

Cover occasional evening and/or weekend events on campus (required).

Assist with other production tasks as needed (required).

Job Requirements

Previous filming and editing experience required.

Working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere/ After Effects) is required.

Ability to take direction and work in a professional office setting.

Applicants must be able to provide samples of their work.

Applicants must be available to work at least 9 hours per week.

Note Equipment and editing software will be provided, but use of personal equipment is at the student’s discretion. Positions may continue into the summer.
