McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for an Inside Sale Representative. Our inside Sales Representative will drive sales and customer acquisition for new and used John Deere and all-makes equipment, parts, and service, ensuring customers' needs are met and market share grows. Manage the full inside sales cycle from proposal through closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Essential duties and responsibilities (not in order of priority): Manages equipment and attachment inventory Ensuring accurate documentation and daily updates Supports territory managers with pricing, sales coordination, and customer issue resolution. Oversee the rental program and ensure efficient store operations by interpreting policies and developing procedures. Manages building and grounds maintenance and ensures daily cash deposits.
