McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for an Inside Sale Representative.
Responsibilities Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the sale, rental, or leasing of all new and used John Deere and “all-makes” equipment, parts, and service and for meeting customer’s needs and growing market share, while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit and attaining sales unit targets. Handles entire inside sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas. Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects via the telephone or walk-in business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages equipment and attachment inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and daily updates.
Supports territory managers with pricing, sales coordination, and customer issue resolution.
Oversees the rental program and ensures efficient store operations by interpreting policies and developing procedures.
Manages building and grounds maintenance and ensures daily cash deposits.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Required: High School/GED
Job Category: Sales Representative
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred
A high school diploma is required, but a college degree is preferred
Expertise in both Mac and PC operating systems
Familiar with basic troubleshooting procedures
