About Company / Opportunity:

Join a high-growth, category-leading enterprise software organization trusted by some of the world’s most innovative and influential companies. With a global presence and a customer base that spans major Fortune-level enterprises, this company sits at the center of digital transformation and modern software operations.

This role is a high-impact opportunity for a senior FP&A leader to partner directly with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll guide strategic planning, drive financial rigor, and shape the long-term GTM roadmap — all while leading a global team and operating in an environment that values innovation, precision, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to GTM executives, offering strategic support and actionable insights.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a global FP&A team responsible for modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Own GTM budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling processes.
  • Drive the annual operating plan (AOP) and ensure alignment with broader corporate strategy.
  • Improve financial systems, tooling, and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue operations, analytics, and leadership to refine KPIs, performance metrics, and data visibility.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting, including capacity planning and scenario analysis.
  • Experience managing FP&A teams — including people managers — in a global environment.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, or similar).

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting global GTM, Revenue Operations, or commercial strategy functions.
  • Background driving automation or system improvements within FP&A environments.
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks, revenue analytics, or data/reporting infrastructure.
  • Experience in hybrid organizations with distributed teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
