Up to $330K + equity
Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of FP&A who will be responsible for capacity planning, GTM analysis and partnerships, and oversees forecasts, budgets, and annual planning for all of our client's GTM teams and executives.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic finance partner to the executive leadership, bringing a strong, data-driven finance perspective to executive decisions.
Lead and develop a global FP&A team, fostering performance, growth, and engagement.
Own GTM FP&A operations, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and performance management.
Drive executive-level decision support across resourcing, investment tradeoffs, KPIs, and business planning.
Lead the GTM annual operating plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial goals.
Advance FP&A systems and analytics, building scalable forecasts and KPIs in Pigment and related data platforms.
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive FP&A experience within technology or SaaS environments.
Strong executive presence with a proven ability to influence senior leaders through insight and analysis.
Deep experience partnering with CRO and CMO organizations on multi-year planning and GTM strategy.
Hands‑on expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and detailed analysis.
Experience implementing or enhancing FP&A tools.
Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and leading high-performing FP&A teams.
