location. The ideal candidate will have experience with Personal lines of Insurance and a CT Property and Casualty license is required to perform this role. Responsibilities

The Customer Service Agent will act as the agency representative to our clients, fellow professionals, the public and the general business community. Provide counsel and advice on new and/or additional insurance needs, explaining coverages and types of policies. Identify risk exposures, qualifying potential prospects. Maintain an underwriting renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program for all policyholders. Act as the first line of contact in the reporting and assignment of claim information for designated policyholders. Resolve general customer inquiries. Qualifications

Experience within the Personal Lines insurance industry is a plus, and a Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license is required to perform this position. Customer Service and some Sales skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently as well as being a team player. Compensation and Benefits

Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary or hourly wage range for this position is approximately $57,500 ($29.00 an hour) - $64,350 ($33.00 an hour) based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
