Job Description Software / SaaS | Boston (Hybrid) | MA | $360,000

This Senior Account Director will be responsible for full sales-cycle focused on net new business with an average deal size of $400k-$600k.

The Sr. Account Director will be focused on selling a B2B SaaS platform offering and targeting VPs and Department Heads within Legal, Compliance and Risk.

The Senior Account Director must be comfortable working in a start-up environment for an Internationally based company.

Requirements

5-10+ years of enterprise level sales experience within the Risk & Compliance, GRC or ESG Industries

Confidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations with subject-matter experts at Enterprise Organizations throughout the US

Ability to navigate and close business with multiple stake holders - This is a true Enterprise Solution Sales Process with multi-stake holder buy.

Location Hybrid opportunity, based in Boston, MA. Candidates will be expected to work out of a We Work office 3x/week and travel to customer as needed.

Compensation Base Comp : $130,000 - $180,000 Total Comp : $260,000 - $360,000
