We’re looking for a

Director of Channel & Partner Sales

to accelerate partner-led growth, deepen strategic relationships, and strengthen execution across North America—while collaborating closely with our teams in

EMEA .

What this role is really about

build trust with partners quickly

drive revenue through a reseller/distributor ecosystem

create repeatable GTM motions

translate strategy into execution in the field

You’ll be central to how Foxit scales through partners.

What you’ll own

Partner growth & execution

Own and execute the channel/partner plan to drive

pipeline, bookings, renewals/expansion , and partner-sourced revenue. Create the cadence that drives results: partner business reviews, forecasts, partner scorecards, and pipeline hygiene.

Strategic partner relationships

Build relationships from day-to-day sales teams to

C-level partner executives . Be the person partners trust when the deal is complex, urgent, or strategic.

Enablement & partner performance

Improve partner readiness: onboarding, training, certification, sales plays, competitive positioning, and “how we win” deal support. Work with internal stakeholders to remove friction and increase partner velocity.

Cross-functional + international collaboration

Partner tightly with our

North America and EMEA

sales teams to align plays, messaging, partner roles, and regional priorities. Experience working with international teams is important;

EMEA experience is a plus .

Ecosystem expansion

Identify gaps and recruit the right partners (resellers, distributors, solution partners) to expand coverage and increase revenue leverage.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience growing revenue through

channel / partner sales

in

software

(SaaS or enterprise software).

Strong relationship-building chops: you can engage comfortably with front-line sellers

and

executive leadership.

Ability to operate at both levels:

strategy + hands-on execution .

Experience collaborating across regions/time zones;

EMEA exposure strongly preferred .

US-based; ideally

Atlanta , or willing to be

frequently present in-market .
