This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound sales calls, lead generation, prospecting, CRM maintenance and business development. They will play a critical role in growing the company's customer base and establishing strong initial relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications
Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales and Business Development experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the safety and security industry and/or experience working in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field
