Apartment Leasing Consultant
to join our team at Eastland Apartments in Kentwood, Michigan. This market rate community consists of 456 total units and offers incredible commission potential! If you are looking to transition from: serving tables, bartending, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, or sales, this could be the stepping stone needed to launch a long-term career in property management! Schedule : Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Rotated Saturdays may be required. Dayshift hours!
Full Time/Year Round
work with an awesome company! What we are offering: PAY $16.00 an hour EXCELLENT COMMISSION POTENTIAL! Up to $100/Rental and up to $100/Renewal (shared) Yearly raises up to 5% 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component.
