Implement the company sales program to secure new accounts within your assigned territory. Lead Management:

Proactively manage outbound activities (calls, emails, marketing) and respond to inbound requests for Special Service and Action Window Cleaning. Market Expansion:

Identify opportunities to expand service lines and meet overall company sales objectives. Upselling:

Partner with existing Janitronics customers to provide additional services outside their current contract scope. Qualifications Experience:

Proven success in

B2B sales

, specifically selling products/services to large organizations (Schools, Universities, Healthcare, and Large Enterprises). Industry Knowledge:

Experience in facility services, cleaning, or maintenance is

helpful but not required

. Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to sell against established competitors. Communication:

Ability to communicate value effectively to management and executive-level decision-makers.
