Support Account Managers and customers on day-to-day operations
Create new opportunities and quotes in Salesforce while coordinating with the Solution Architect Team
Process orders and ensure all required documentation is received
Provide post-order support and track lead times for all open orders
Maintain accurate documentation of quotes, pricing, and vendor relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in an Inside Sales position, ideally within the IT industry
Working knowledge of Cisco online tools and ability to validate configurations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
Proven leadership skills and effective time management abilities
Ability to manage a high volume of email communications and prioritize follow-ups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Understanding of SLED sales cycles, contracts, and processes
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal direction
