Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to develop and maintain relationships with key partners/customers

Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in Salesforce CRM

Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, ship dates, and inventory availability

Collaborate with Territory Sales Manager to determine appropriate products for customer projects

Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 years of support sales or inside sales experience in the information technology industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Salesforce.com preferred

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently

Must be able to work West Coast hours (PST) and travel up to 4 times a year

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the data center industry

Strong project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks

Effective oral and written communication skills across multiple groups in the company

Ability to provide innovative solutions and suggestions for improving work processes
