Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers, vendors, and service companies to resolve inquiries and issues
Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions offered by the employer
Provide accurate information to callers and address their concerns effectively
Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Bind and issue new business policies and support underwriters with various responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of office experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and dependability
Ability to work from 8am - 5pm PST
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with maturity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience working under demanding time constraints and production goals
