Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of sales enablement content, ensuring accuracy and ease of navigation Manage enablement platforms and tools, including user access and license allocation Coordinate onboarding operations for new hires, ensuring timely access to necessary tools and training Track completion of mandatory training related to product launches and strategic initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reliable enablement tooling and workflows

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related go-to-market role Experience administering internal platforms such as content hubs or learning management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through Familiarity with SaaS sales models and commonly used go-to-market tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale onboarding or enablement programs Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Guru, or Seismic Knowledge of user access management and provisioning workflows Exposure to process improvement efforts involving automation or AI solutions Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
