We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations for our growing medical aesthetics and wellness business. The main goal of this role is
upselling and cross-selling services to maximize client value . Lead generation is handled separately, allowing you to focus on closing, client experience, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
Drive in-spa sales performance and monthly revenue goals
Focus on upselling and cross-selling treatments and packages to clients
Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to improve conversion and retention
Conduct daily sales huddles and performance check-ins
Ensure exceptional client experience and service standards
Track sales metrics and submit regular performance reports
Collaborate with clinic leadership to implement sales strategies
Handle escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales management or leadership experience
Strong upselling, cross-selling, and customer service skills
Experience in retail, wellness, medical aesthetics, or service-based sales preferred
Confident communicator with a leadership mindset
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
Goal-oriented and performance-driven
Compensation
Base salary: $3,000 USD per month
Commission structure discussed during the interview
W-9 / 1099 contractor status
