What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage in proactive outreach to existing clients to upsell new FinTech solutions.
Manage a pipeline of a minimum of 200 opportunities and/or up to 1,000 automated outreach opportunities.
Conduct daily and weekly reporting on sales progress to the Operations Team Leader.
Assist clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websites.
Adhere to quality and compliance metrics in all sales activities.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Fluency in English and German (C2 level).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or call center role.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A suitable remote working environment with a stable broadband connection.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
Knowledge of eCommerce practices.
