Responsibilities
Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises to build targeted prospect lists
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, phone, and social selling to engage prospects
Build rapport with healthcare executives by understanding their challenges and articulating how the employer's solutions meet their needs
Manage the early stages of the sales process from initial contact to opportunity handoff
Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-value prospects
Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
Familiarity with healthcare industry challenges and buying processes
Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
Understanding of medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales development metrics
