Foothills Marketing is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in face-to-face marketing and sales. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering paid, hands-on training in brand promotion, customer engagement, and professional development. As a Marketing Representative, you will work directly with customers and client brands in retail environments to increase brand awareness and support promotional initiatives. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
Promote brand awareness for client products and services
Support advertising and promotional campaigns at assigned locations
Assist with the sales process as needed
Learn and adapt to new product launches and direct marketing strategies
Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and results
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional education or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus, but not required
Customer service, retail, or marketing experience preferred, but not required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Coachable, organized, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a people-facing, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
Typical annual earnings range: $35,000–$65,000, based on performance
Fully paid training (no prior experience required)

Full-time schedule
Daytime and weekend availability may be required based on retail partner hours
