As an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Representative, you will work directly with customers in assigned retail locations to promote client products and services. This role focuses on developing communication, branding, and customer interaction skills while learning the fundamentals of retail marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in retail locations to support brand awareness initiatives
Promote products and services while clearly explaining current offers and promotions
Represent client brands professionally and ethically
Develop communication and interpersonal skills through daily customer interactions
Learn core marketing, branding, and customer acquisition principles
Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
Strong verbal communication skills
Dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
Estimated annual compensation range: $35,000–$65,000, based on base pay and performance
Paid entry-level training program
Opportunities for advancement into leadership or management roles
Travel opportunities may be available (not required)
