We are hiring a

Growth Marketing Lead

who operates like a revenue engineer—not a brand steward. This role owns the

entire growth engine , end-to-end. You are accountable for turning marketing spend into measurable revenue, fast. You will test aggressively, scale what works, and shut down what doesn’t—without waiting for consensus. This is not a “build decks and align stakeholders” role. It is a

hands-on, high-velocity operator position

with direct exposure to executive leadership and zero tolerance for slow learning cycles. If you thrive on pushing boundaries, leveraging emerging tools before they’re mainstream, and winning in competitive, fast-moving environments, this role is built for you. Core Mandate

Maximize speed-to-signal over perfection Outlearn competitors through rapid experimentation Defend every dollar with data—or cut it Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Funnel Ownership

Own full-funnel growth performance across DTC, Amazon, and retail-support channels. Tie all initiatives directly to revenue, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and payback period. Growth System Design

Continuously pressure-test channels, offers, pricing, creative, and funnels. Relentless Experimentation

Run high-frequency test cycles across creative, media, landing pages, and offers. AI-Driven Execution

Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative iteration, testing velocity, and insight generation. Build repeatable workflows that outpace traditional agency or in-house models. Performance Visibility

Establish a

weekly executive-level growth scorecard

that shows what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Clearly articulate tradeoffs, bets, and ROI logic—no vanity metrics. Cross-Functional Integration

Work tightly with Product, Sales, and Operations to align launches, positioning, and channel execution. Act as the connective tissue between demand generation and product truth. Qualifications

10+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably in DTC, Amazon-first, or omni-channel consumer brands. Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing leadership roles with a track record of scaling user bases and revenue. Deep fluency in metrics: CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, cohort retention. Strong analytical instincts with the ability to translate data into decisive action. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Expertise in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar platforms for tracking performance metrics Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques Hands-on experience using AI for creative generation, testing, and workflow automation. Strong cross-functional operator who can align teams without slowing momentum. Looking for
