to help rebuild the infrastructure of insurance from the ground up. Our client is a venture-backed startup transforming Property & Casualty insurance, by replacing manual, disconnected workflows with a modern API layer. This is a post-PMF, revenue-generating company growing fast, backed by top investors and ex-Plaid operators.

The Role This is not a passive AE role. You are a
hunter . You’ll own deals from cold outreach to close, define best-in-class outbound, and help us figure out what scales.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle for SMB accounts (with exposure to MM/ENT)
Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
Run high-impact demos focused on automation and workflow pain
Handle objections, guide deals to close, and hit revenue targets
Collaborate closely with product and marketing on feedback and messaging
Help test new industries, personas, and outbound strategies
Must-Have
2+ years of outbound SDR and/or full-cycle AE experience in SaaS or tech
Strong outbound DNA—you enjoy prospecting and creating your own pipeline
Confident, clear communicator who can simplify complex products
High resilience and coachability
Organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
Nice to Have
Experience selling to SMBs or insurance agencies
Early-stage startup experience
Comfort with technical or API-driven products
Consistent history of hitting or exceeding quota
