The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with government agencies. Assist or manage the process for entity formation and governance, elements of asset and business purchases and M&A transactions. The Paralegal will work closely with experienced Corporate Attorneys in a busy department. Qualifications
Experience preparing financial analysis, tax filings for entities and familiarity with EINs, S-elections, QSSTs, ESBTs, exempt organizations is strongly preferred.
