Associate Director of Analytics Reporting

to join our Metropolitan Peace Academy (MPA) office. Salary

The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $86,000 - $90,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. ESSTENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provides leadership to department-wide planning to ensure that performance measures, standards, CQI review and staff development are integrated into all CQI agency activities. Lead a team of analysts, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance. Lead the development and implementation of analytics strategies to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting tools. Partner with departments (e.g., MPI divisions, CP4P Partners) to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Lead the management of analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL) and recommend new tools or processes to enhance efficiency. Lead development, tracking and reporting on key metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve scalability and timeliness. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Data Science, Human Service, Social Work, and or related field,

required. 5+ years of increasing levels of experience in clinical service, program development, and evaluation

required . 5+ years of increasing levels of experience in data monitoring, cleaning, and analysis for varying audiences

required. Advanced skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis with specific experience in Tableau and SPSS

required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities, organize time efficiently, and handle multiple demands. Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups of diverse ethnic and socio-economic background. Additional Requirements

Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks. Transportation/Travel Requirements

Driving for work required with transportation of clients preferred in a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites required. Physical Demands

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
