What we’re looking for (role overview): InStride is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager whose main responsibility will be to engage and nurture target accounts with best-in-class campaigns. This role is a high-profile growth opportunity to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns. As a function of the Commercial team, this role will leverage high-value assets across website, social, paid media and email to engage prospective corporate partners.

Growth strategy and experimentation:
Own, develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels, identify new opportunities to drive pipeline and revenue through testing, iteration, and optimization, and build hypotheses, define success metrics, and manage experiment roadmaps
Demand generation and channel ownership:
Own performance across key digital channels (paid media, paid social, landing pages, website conversion), contribute to performance of top of funnel events, and work alongside Lifecycle to optimize from first touch through lead qualification.
Paid media:
Own and execute paid media strategy across channels (LinkedIn, content syndication, third party, etc.) and manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure budget efficiency and performance optimization.
Execution and Optimization:
Own, build and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths while continuously improving performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
Analysis and ROI:
Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of campaign strategies and optimize future campaigns.
Cross-functional collaboration and management:
Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, sales, product, and events teams to ensure alignment and support.
Who you are (ideal profile):
Your professional journey includes 5+ years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role for a B2B brand.
You have a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
You are naturally curious and love to experiment and tinker.
You are data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Your technical experience includes using tools like WordPress, Prismic, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and ad platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools or marketing automation workflows is required.
You’re proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and you can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
How you will create impact (key responsibilities):
Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement with target audiences across multiple channels and directly contribute to pipeline creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PR, Solutions, Brand, and Events) to align initiatives with overall marketing strategies and broader business goals.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts.
Own and optimize the website to ensure engagement and conversion of prospects.
Compensation At InStride, final offer amounts are dependent on multiple factors including location, depth of experience, interview performance and equity with other team members.
