Troy 7, Inc is seeking an
Intelligence Analyst
to perform watch officer and intelligence support for the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Intelligence Requirements Division. The MDA Intelligence Requirements Division Watch Officer crew performs duties on a 24/7 watch schedule at the MDA Intelligence Watch center located in the MDA Integration Operations Center, and determines intelligence requirements of authentic, real-world threat system technical intelligence. The Intelligence Analyst (IA) performs all-source collection, analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and dissemination of intelligence information on the world-wide ballistic missile, space launch vehicle and other threat systems of interest to MDA. In addition, the IA is expected to maintain an in-depth knowledge of foreign ballistic missile systems and utilizes classified and open-source automated equipment to research, prepare and disseminate a wide variety of intelligence products relating to socioeconomic, political, military, and scientific areas that directly or indirectly impact national security.
Essential Functions
Responds to time‑critical, fast‑turnaround requirements and requests for information from a multitude of customers and coordinates and interacts with national intelligence agencies and Combatant Commander intelligence centers.
Analyzes and interprets significantly changing developing complex weapon system changes with timely dissemination of data.
Ensures accurate and timely intelligence deliverables through critical thinking and use of intelligence systems and programs.
Represents MDA at a variety of meetings, conferences and technical interchange meetings and events, briefs highly technical intelligence information to flag‑level personnel.
Determines the intelligence requirements for the offices and coordinates with the intelligence community (IC) for appropriate collections and analyses.
Serves as the intelligence broker who identifies threat information to be used in customized threat reports.
Manages the identification, acquisition, brokering and dissemination of intelligence requirements.
Prepares detailed, concise reports on intelligence issues and develops and presents briefings to senior agency officials and other government officials.
Creates and publishes the Daily MDA Intelligence Briefing and other reports for Agency Leaders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
